Privacy Policy

Main terms

This Privacy Policy defines the procedure for processing and protecting information about individuals (hereinafter referred to as "Users") by the Limited Liability Company "PALATIUM REAL ESTATE AGENCY" (hereinafter referred to as the "Company"), which can be obtained by the Company when the User fills out the registration form on the website www.facebook.com and the Instagram network page, as well as the procedure and User's consent to receive advertising information when filling out the registration form on the website www.facebook.com and the Instagram network page.

The purpose of this Policy is to ensure adequate protection of information about Users, including their personal data, from unauthorized access and disclosure, compliance with advertising legislation, including when Users receive advertising information.

The relations associated with the collection, storage, distribution, and protection of information provided by the User are regulated by this Policy, other local documents of "PALATIUM REAL ESTATE AGENCY," and the current legislation of Montenegro.

Personal data allowed for processing within the framework of this Privacy Policy are provided by the User by filling out the registration form on the website www.facebook.com, the Instagram network page and include the following information:

  • User's surname, first name, patronymic (if applicable);

  • User's contact phone number;

  • Email address (e-mail);

By filling out the registration form, the User expresses their full agreement with the terms of this Policy. By clicking "Send," the User agrees to the processing and transfer of their personal data, left when filling out the registration form on the website www.facebook.com, the Instagram network page for the purpose of receiving advertising information. The User also agrees to receive advertising information from the Company via any communication channels provided by the User when filling out the registration form on the website www.facebook.com and the Instagram network page.

Objectives of collecting, processing, and storing information provided by Users

The processing of Users' personal data is carried out in accordance with the legislation of Montenegro. The Company processes Users' personal data for the purposes of:

  • providing the User with information about the services provided by the Company, special offers, and other information on behalf of the Company;

  • conducting marketing and other research.

Conditions for processing personal information provided by the User

The processing of Users' personal data is carried out for the period necessary for the purposes specified in this Policy, by any legal method, including in information systems with the use of automation tools or without the use of such tools.

The Company takes necessary organizational and technical measures to protect Users' personal information from unlawful or accidental access, destruction, modification, blocking, copying, distribution, as well as from other unlawful actions of third parties.

Users' personal data may be transferred to authorized state authorities of Montenegro only on the grounds and in the order established by the legislation of Montenegro.

By filling out the registration form, the User confirms that:

  • they provide accurate information about themselves, all other information is provided by the User at their discretion;

  • they are familiar with this Policy, express their agreement with it.

Familiarization with the terms of this Policy and checking the box under the link to this Policy constitutes the User's written consent to the collection, storage, processing of personal data provided by the User.

The Company does not verify the accuracy of the information received (collected) about Users, except when such verification is necessary for the purposes of fulfilling obligations to the User.

Changes to the Privacy Policy. Applicable Law

​"PALATIUM REAL ESTATE AGENCY" has the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy. When changes are made, the date of the last update is indicated in the current version. The new version of the Policy comes into effect from the moment it is posted, unless otherwise provided by the new edition of the Policy.

This Policy and the relations between the User and the Company arising in connection with the application of the Privacy Policy are subject to the law of Montenegro.

Before going to court with a lawsuit on disputes arising from the relations between the User and the Company, it is mandatory to comply with the pre-trial (claim) procedure for dispute resolution.
